HELP!!!!

I'm trying to re-load winxp because of old anti-virus and when i put the
disket I enter the pin # for the win.xp and then its starts to backing files
till at the end it says (invalid c:\BOOT.INI) so I can't go on can anybody
help me?

Bob, by reload do you mean a Clean Install or a Repair Install of
WinXP, or neither? Check at Michael's site for more
info on both procedures.
