i have lost or deleted the path to defrag. i was trying to
delete the user and hit the worng one, i have reloaded
most of the operations but am unable to find the defrag
 
Not sure how user and defrag path are related but, right-click on the
Drive Icon and select Properties and then Tools and there you are.
