I am having a problem with my microsoft email, when I open
it a dialogue box comes up and says 'the add-in
DCCEXT32.DLL cannot be installed or loaded blah blah' I
searched my computer and the microsoft disk for it, it
doesn't exist!

You omitted to mention yr mail app, Being a mind reader I will assume its
Outlook.
I believe its a Symantec winfax addin.
Start OL and remove the addin
