Help!

I need to use the reseditor.exe to create some resource
files, but I only have Visual Basic 2003 Standard
Edition. The source files are in C# and every time I try
to compile them I get an error msg. Can someone post the
compiled Reseditor.exe program.

I know this might not be the easiest way but , there is this utility that
allow you to convert c# code to equivalent vb.net , may be you can convert
the files you have and compile them your self

easier way however is to get the MSI file from this link
