HELP - WPA not appearing in settings

[WPA trouble]

Hello

I have installed the latest Microsoft WPA patch for
Windows XP. Still, when I want to log on to my wireless
network, I still cannot configure it to WPA. It still
shows two options : <Open, Shared> and <WEP, Desactivate>

How can I 'activate' the patch that I have downloaded?

Hi Lilly,

Does your Wireless Router & PC Wireless LAN Adapter support WPA ?
If so, you may want to check with the manufacturer whether you have the
version of drivers that support WPA.

I have the same problem with my SMC 2804WBR Router, but it was ok after I
downloaded the new version of driver.

The above is just an idea, may or may not be applicable to you.
