help without system restore

I have accidentally repaired/restored my email account to factory settings
and in doing so have deleted all email accounts, emails, contacts etc. by
wrongly selecting both options under help in outlook, under repair or
restore. an error message had previously told me to find the inbox repair
tool (which i couldnt find) and before i realised what i was doing (I am a
rookie) it was too late. for some reason system restore is turned off. what
i am hoping is that there is a way i can somehow reverse my stupid mistkae! i
hope someone can help! thanks

In order to find out your Outlook version, click the menu item '?' > Info.
Your Outlook version should appear in the first line.

OK, thanks for your patience...its MS Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625).

As Detlev suggested, you should repost to an Outlook forum. Include the
version info you've now retrieved.

hello - you still there?

Not really. A newsgroup is an asynchrounous media in contrast to a chat.
Repost now to the appropriate group and mention your Outlook version.
Good luck.
