Help with Winnet.exe file

Can anyone help? when I go and close down windows xp just before it shuts
down I get a box open that say`s

winnet.exe initialization failed
the application failed because windows is shutting down

Any help would be great please

I have found at myself. Has found the information on it on http://www.dbvirus.com/, and their antivirus all has cured!
