Help With "Welcome to MSN"

Could anyone help? Everytime I sign in MSN using my account, there is a
popup that show "Welcome to MSN" and introduces lots of things. How to
disable the popup from popping everytime I sign in?

Seems thier is a folder on the upper task bar that once selected,you can
change the way msn opens up,colors,page layout,etc..I think you open "my
msn" But its been awhile.

It is a pop up window that entited "Welcome To MSN" and while it is loding,
it shows the text " Discover the new msn messenger...etc". After that, it
will show a page that is divided into two column that introdues alot of
functions in msn7 "New style, new flexibility, new function" as stated.

Could anyone help with this issue? You can try to experience it by getting
the MSN 7.0 and login.
