Help with TV tuner hang up???

Jason

Hi, I recently purchased the Ati tv wonder ve remote
control edition tv card from comp usa for my computer. My
computer is a 2.4 ghz p4 800mhz fsb with hyper thread
technology, asus p4p800mb 256mb palit geforce fx5600 512
pc3200 ram and a 80gig hd and a 45 gig hd on win xp pro.
Well the problem occurs while running the tv. The system
will hang and become unresponsive. I looked up on the ati
site and found this...
http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/4261.html shows here
that microsoft has made a fix, so i decided to follow the
other link looking for the fix, for the exact problem
that I am having.
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;817589

I get to that page there which i dont see anywhere on
there, where to get this fix for my computer? Please help
i know there is a fix cause it is a known issue! any
assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jason

As it says on the page: you have to phone Microsoft Support for the fix.
