help with this formula

this formula is returning a value ont he "RES ONLY" sheet even if its a
number that dosn't exist, im trying to have it look it up on one sheet, if
its not there, look it up on the

I didnt finish my question for some reason..

I want it took it up on one sheet, if its not there, look it up on the
other, and if its not there then put an " NA" instead of a #N/A
