Help with Security in Access 2003

Hi, I have a some point added security passwords to my database. the problem
lies that since then my pc crashed and had to re install every thing even
though i can access the database i made dupicates and now i cant edit
anything it keeps telling me only the admin can. but i am the admin how can i
get rid of this?
 
On one of your backups, you'll need to find and replace the system.mdw file
usually located at:

C:\Windows\System32\system.mdw
 
Also, it may be named something other than system.mdw.

Look for all .mdw files.
