Help with run time

I reaaly do not have a very good understanding of VB. My boss has a ss
(purchase order) every time he opens it he gets this.
Run time error 1004
Method Range of object_Global Failed.
I would appreciate any help(laymens trems) getting rid of this error.

Ok=Well I do not know how to do that. I have more info. I opend his macros up
and when I click Auto Run and then the run button seems to be the only time I
get this error. Second when I open his macro's and high light a macro the
edit or none of the commands get highlighted. Does this help. I would like to
correct it so all he has to do is open his blank.
