help with rpc server

my rpc server was disabled and now i can not enable it
agian. i found it under services and right click on rpc
server and then click on properties but it will not bring
up the properties screen. how can i enable the rpc server.

Are you logged-on as the Administrator or as a User with Admin rights?

You are probably infected with the Blaster virus. Install updates from
MS and remove with Antivirus software.
