Help with remote desktop configuratio

I have a win 2000 domain and just installed win 2003 on a server. I would like to configure the win 2003 for remote desktop administration inside the remote tab, within contol panel\system , but the selection is grayed out for allow users to access this computer remotely. Anybody know anything about this grayed out problem.

On Windows 2003 all you need to do is to right click My Computer, go to
properties and you will see the tab for Remote Administration right there.
