help with registry!

Hello...

I just got done ridding my computer of an onslaught of spyware and worms and
various trojans. I've gotten all of the infected files out of the registry...
all except one. Whenever I try to delete it, I get an error message saying I
cant. Can anyone help me out? Thanks ^_^
 
Could you be more specific with regard to the particular entry and the error
message, please.......need a little more to go on than "one" and "can't."

Have you tried booting into safe mode and deleting it there?
