help with recovering filenames of deleted files

hi,
I deleted some of my files (mainly video, some exceed
100mb) using shirt+delete accidentally and they were
erased permanently. I did a system restore just after
deleting the files but i can't get those files back.
After that, i try software such as file resue, restorer
2000, stella phoenix, etc, and do some complete hardisk
scans, but they cant even find the filenames back for me.
What should i do now? I just want to know the filenames
of the deleted files now because the chances of restoring
are slim and i think i can re-download some of them back
if i at least know all of their filenames. I am using XP
and NTFS file system, thanks.

Your use of System Restore probably contributed greatly to your inability to
recover anything. Call it a lesson learned the hard way.
