Help With Query Design

I have a table that consists of 20 fields. The fields are populated by
a form. The information feeds a report that looks simular to an
invoice. (ex. feild 1 - 1 box field 2 - expansion anchors) I am
attempting to group the information into 2 fields so that I am able to
sort them and use the information in another report. How can I achieve
this goal.
