Help with Printers over network

OK, i am having a little problem. I (attempt to) look after a network for my
company, there are two buildings that connect using a vpn and between the two
buildings there are about 40 users who use RDP's through the terminal server.

But they also use programs that are local to the computers so that the CPU
on the terminal server doesn't get tied up.

Now, in one of the buildings there is a big laser photocopier, and everyone
appears to be able to print to it through the RDP, but when using the
programs that are local to the computer, the printer isn't, so i installed it
whist logged on as a user and the printer works but when logged on as another
user on the same computer the printer is gone, i installed the printer again
using the administrators account but it doesn't actaully store it on the
computer just on that persons account on the computer. Surely i don't have to
go round each individual computer and connect to the printer like 10 times
for each user account? How do i install a printer locally to a machine so
that all users can see and use it?

sorry for the epic, need quick response please.

thank you

steve
