Help with page setup

This is what I have with Absolute positioning (I know now this is Wrong design
Looks ok at 1024x768 bad every where els

So I started over this is where I am now w/tables and cells

But I can not figure out how to get the graphic Arrow where I Need i

Please give me as much info as possible as fp is all new to m

I would like the arrow closer to The Camera Corner, like in the 1st site I made with Absolute positionin
but can not get a cell or table to make this happen

There must be another way to work this.

Take the image of the building (go back to using a .jpg for the building ..gifs look caca for photos), and combine it with your arrow graphic into one image...use Photoshop or whatever you are using for image editing. Anyway, after you have it the size you want Import it into FP and place it where you want in a table.

Then use Hotspots to create the hyperlinks for Photofinishing, Binoculars, etc. You may have make the whole image smaller or more proportionate to your page design. You also need to consider keeping it well within 750 pixels wide so 800x600 users will not have to scroll...so get yer calipers out.

You should be aware you are not working w/ images but w/ Word/Shape Art which is:
- not supported except in IE
(turn on VML downlevel images in Tools Page Options Compatibility / Authoring to at least ugly .gifs -
- VML uses absolute positioning which will give some browsers hiccups and won't solve your resolution issue

IMHO
Do a screen capture of what you have and save the diced up pieces as real images which you can layout in tables w/o any VML

I didn't notice that, thanks. That's a good idea to do a screen shot then dice it up...the slice&dice method.
