help with networking please

Network has failed. Broadband status bar indicates an
error on the received side and the following message
occurs

'error 1061: the service cannot accept messages at this
time'

I've searched microsoft for help. Tells me what the
message is but gives me no help on how to resolve the
error.

The error seems to have the following effect. The box in
Broadband properties on the advanced tab which allows the
box "allow other network users to connect through this
computers internet connection" will not stay ticked.

Any help appreciated please
 
What state is the SharedAccess service in? If it is disabled, you will want
to change this to Automatic, or Manual.
