Help with Nested Menu

I created a nested menu for my website using the instructions from the book
"Using Microsoft Office Frontpage 2003". The menu selections "blink" for a
brief moment when scrolled over. How can I eliminate this? I would hate to
start over - I am not very good at using code and it took me a long time to
do this! The menu is at www.nepr.org

Hi,

the technique in that book isn't very good atall - using this method there's
no way to avoid the blinking. If you want to know how to do this properly
(and understand how to avoid blinking) Jim Buyens has a good article here
