Help with Multiple emails re: Microsoft with worm virus

L

LP

I use Outlook Express for my email and for the past 3 days I have been
receiving dozens of emails that say they are from Microsoft and I am told to
download a patch. But the emails have the Worm virus that Norton Antivirus
catches. Then I get emails saying that emails I supposedly send out are
coming back undeliverable. I haven't sent the emails out! The address it
comes from says its from internet delivery system.

What is going wrong and how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance!
