Help with merging data and duplicate fields that need to not be re

I have 3 offices entering data into an access table that I am linking with a
database and I have duplicate values in the tables, they can't be merged and
I don't want the duplicate values removed what do I do now? I have a primary
ID and 4 data fields, 3 of which will be duplicate for about 600 records.

Are the duplicate fields the primary key? If so, is it an autonumber field?
If not a primary key, is it a field that has an index that requires it to be
unique?

How are you merging the tables?

If you can provide a bit more detail, perhaps we can find a solution.
