Help with hibernate

I find that my W2000 computer won't "wake up" from
hibernation more often than not, and has to be rebooted.
Anyone have any suggestion how else to deal with this?
 
some computers don't like to hibernate.... why?... dunno...
I have hibernation support disabled on all my w2k systems for this same
reason.
