Hi all,
I am trying to create a supply re-order form for employees in my
company. The form has about 140 items. Each item has a box where
employees enter the amount of the item that they need.
There are plenty of "simple" forms out there that will add up the cost
of all the items and give you a total on a separate confirmation page.
My problem is that I am looking for something even simpler than that.
All I want is a order form page with a separate confirmation page that
shows you the just the items and quantities that you actually ordered.
I don't need any monetary calculations involved in this.
I've tried doing this using the forms in Frontpage to some success, but
the confirmation page will not give me just the the items selected. It
will only let me relist all the items on the confirmation page with the
blank data fields that get filled in automatically.
If anyone can give me some advice or point me in the right direction on
how to solve this problem, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
