Help with Form code

Need help and not sure where to start. I have an input form with several
tabs. On the first tab is where the general vendor and customer info is
entered. I added a fourth tab to 'monitor' two of the vendor’s decisions.
Tab one has an option group with 5 programs. Tab 4 has an option group for
Yes we concur or No we don’t. There are nine radio buttons (not in a group)
that need to be checked (all reasons that apply) if we don’t concur. There
is also a comment text field that must be filled out if option groupConcur =
No.

On tab 4, I’d like the option groupConcur, radio buttons and comment field
to be grayed unless, the vendor = A or B AND the program = 1 or 3, then at
this point only the option groupConcur is enabled. If the user selects Yes
then everything except the option groupConcur remains greyed out. If the
user selects No, then the “reason†radio buttons and comment field are
enabled. If the vendor = A or B and the program = 2, 4, or 5 then the option
groupConcur, radio buttons and comment field should also be greyed.

Your help is much appreciated.

All can be done but its best to ask one question at a time since we cannot
write the application for you.
