Help with fix SP3 fix on SP4

Whilst trying to load a new driver, I get a newdrv.dll is
missing message, I'm told the fix for this is download
window 2000 patch 814033, but when I try to is says that
as I have SP4 it can't be downloaded. Any help please!!

I've just downloaded this patch, and it didn't say about any service pack.
Try again.

Thanks PA but I have tried again and get the same Dialog
box which reads
"Q814037 Setup error
Set up has detected that the service pack version of the
system installed is newer than the update youare aplying
to it.

You can only install this update on Service Pack3"

Dialog box ends.

Any help please.
