help with excel

You can change some settings by choosing File>Page Setup.

For specific help, you could describe how you'd like to change the layout.
 
That's a pretty generic question.

More details would seem to be in order.

you might start by clicking on the head of a row or column and play with
edit options- cut, paste, insert, delete
you can also select print area under file button to limit what shows in
the output
