Help with Error Window: RULES in ERROR

XP User

Evertime I start up OL Exchange at work I get a PopUp window that says:

--------------------------------------------------------
RULES in ERROR

Rule Error
Server - Request Client Action MoveCopy, Unable to Create Dest Msg.
----------------------------------------------------------

I deleted all my rules, and it still happens.

Any Computer at work that I (only me, not others) Log on to
has this Error Popup..

Any Help is greatly appreciated..

MS OL 2002 - 10.6515.6714 (SP3)

Someone said to Delete my Profile and then Recreate it, but I dont think I can
do that, I would have to ask my IT Dept Manager to do it

rather than delete it, try creating a new one - control panel, mail applet.
This way if it doesn't help, it's no loss as you can go back to using the
old profile... but based on google, it looks like the admin is going to need
to do more. He'll either need to delete the errant rule using mdbvue or
outlook spy or using exmerge. http://support.microsoft.com/?id=262482

Other suggestions include:
Use the cleansweap utility from the BORK. IT should know what that means. :)
Use Outlook 2003 to access the mailbox using the /cleanrules switch.
