Greetings,

In cell A1 I have a date 12/01/04 and in cell B1 I placed th
formula=EOMONTH(A1,0) and Im getting a #NAME? error . . . what's th
problem?

Thanking you in advance

Are you sure you typed the formula correctly? EOMonth is the lette
'E', the letter 'oh', MONTH. If you use a zero instead of the lette
'O', you will get the #NAME? error.

Hi
you have to install the Analysis Toolpak Addin ('Tools - addins')

You have to enable the Analysis ToolPak to use EOMONTH.
Go to Tools > Add-Ins and check it.

To add to the other replies, if you had checked Help for the EOMONTH function,
you would have found the answer. The problem is described exactly, and there
are step-by-step instructions on how to fix it.
