help with date calculation

First column contains employees hire dates in date format.
Second column needs a formula to subtract hire date from
current (today's) date to display "years employed". Now
if the file is opened 1 year from now, it should then show
one additional year, i.e., always update itself when
opened.
This must be pretty easy, any help out there )
