Help with Database

I have a Database that I have been using solely since Setpember 2006. Since I
have allowed other people to inquiry in the databse, I have have requisitions
that I created come back to me that are not on the Database. I look for
requisitions that I know I have created and they are not there. Any idea on
what might have happened.

Well, you might have made a mistake in the query, or in setting up the
database. It's impossible for anyone who cannot see the database (such as
everyone on this newsgroup) to know.

Care to post a bit more information about the database, and about how
requisitions might get generated (with or without the database)? Might someone
else have their own copy of the database?
