HELP with atn8x-e with suse

I just bought a asus a7n8x-e and install suse 8.1
needless to say, i have no sound, and no ethernet connection
what do i need to download and install?
and where do i down load it from?

Don't do linux myself so fwiw....

This page contains drivers and documentation for the nForce chipset. The
chipset includes hardware support for IDE disk control, Ethernet
networking, audio support, win modem support, and a USB controller.
These packages have support for Ethernet networking and basic ACI audio.
USB and IDE hardware will work with standard Linux drivers. There is no
win modem support.

You'd be much better off in a Linux group.

Essentially you can use the Intel i810/nForce2 driver in the kernel for
sound, along with ALSA.

I think there is a kernel driver for ethernet too.

Failing that you can grab the linux-headers or source for your current
kernel and install the binary drivers from nVidia.
