Help with an XP User Account

A few weeks ago I accidentally deleted a user account on XP. At first I
thought it was fine because I didn't need any of that information anyway.
Well turns out I need a copy of an email I had stored on that account. Is
there any way to restore that user account, or get to my lost email? Thanks

Hi Angie,
Unfortunately I don't think you will be able to retrieve it. You might try
looking in your recycle bin. The user name and files might still be in
there. Hope this helps.
