Hello,

I created a form in Dreamweaver and each time I try to view my page I
get an error regarding the ADODB Connection.

The exact error is:

ADODB.Command error '800a0bb9'
Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in

WWWWHHHHHEEEEWWWWWW........................I can't seem to figure out
what the problem is. I tried searching online and came up with the
possiblity that maybe a Recordset is not defined in my code???? I found

this:

<HTML><BODY>
<%
Set conn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
Set RS = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.RecordSet")
conn.Open "someDSNperhaps"
RS.Open "Select * From test", con ' ### misspelled variable name! ###
%>
</BODY></HTML>

Looking at the above code and looking at my code I can see that line
113: Server.CreateObject does not start with Set Conn. = (My code
starts with Set MM_editCmd =)

Any ideas on what the problem here could be or if I am onto the right
track with the differences in the code??

Thanks,
Justine

Sorry, but this does not look like VB.Net code.

I would repost your question to microsoft.public.vb.database.ado.
