Help with Active X run-time errors '492' and '91'

Recently Active X runtime errors have started popping up
when i start Internet Explorer. They show up on the task
bar as IPU and they say
Run-time error '429'
Active X component can't create object
and
Run-time error '91'
Object variable or with blockvariable not set
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Explorer and
they sill are popping up. Anyone know how to get rid of
these errors?Thanks
