I would insert a new worksheet and make a reference to
each cell of the old worksheet with the calculation, i.e.:
in the new worksheet make in A1 a reference to A1 in the
original worksheet and add "*1.07"
apply this to all cells in the new worksheet.
In some empty cell, enter 1.07 and copy that cell. Then select
all the cells whose values you want to change. Go to the Edit
menu, choose Paste Special, and choose the Multiply option.
