Code in Excel?
I am creating a Roster/Lineup for our Church Soccer Team, and each player must play 50% of the game. I have a drop down list populated with each players name, broken down by quarters, and by position. What I want to do is be able to select a players name in a position, then have the number of minutes come up by there name in another chart. All positions are 5 min except the goalie which is 10. As I go through each quarter I want it to add automatically. I tried an IF function and can get it to put 5 next to the players name by using IF(A2=B18,"5","0") but I cant get it to add when the same player is used in another quarter?
