HELP with a pesty search bar

My kids got this Search bar on Internet Explorer that I can't seem to get
rid of. I have ran Spy bot and AD-ware. Searched and searched for this darn
thing, but I can't get rid of it. It is called Search Assistant 2.

.Go into control panel and delete it from ther have had the same problem
