HELP! Win32 Services

HELP! I get a Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has
encountered a problem and needs to close. HOW DO I GET RID
OF THIS ERROR? I GET IT EVERY TIME MY COMPUTER STARTS.

Please E-mail me at (e-mail address removed) if anyone
figures it out.

it says svchost.exe.mdmp and appcompat.txt are responsible
for the problem.

My sound card and modem do not work.
I have to use a nother computer to do this.
