Help:who knows how to uses the .dll in the designer folder under CF SDK

I found there're some .dll such as System.CF.Design.dll under this folder,
but I don't know how to use them. I guess it maybe use to design something.
Who knows how to uses the library,please help me!

They are used to support the forms designer in Visual Studio and the design
time behaviour of the controls. You don't need to use these files directly.
