Help! Weird menu issues

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but
my son recently went into a pron site and it did
something nasty t our computer. When I open Internet
explorer, if I right-click anywere on the page, the
normal menu pops up, but an added option says "Free Porn
galleries" I've tried spyware, adaware, reinstalling
everything. How do I kill this?

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Each subkey under this corresponds to an added right click entry. Find the
appropriate one and Delete it.
