HELP w/ Error message- Windows XP

Hello, I am experiencing an Error window that says - Error
calling/Servlet/What?JAR=IOS.jar&_SERVLET=profile.
I am trying to get into my
direct deposit information with my employer after I've signed in correctly
(the signing in is not a problem) I have been in this area many times before
with no problem and nothing has changed as far as I can tell.
Please advise as to what to do to disable this window from coming up.
(Sorry, I forgot to be more specific on Subject line on previous post so I
thought it best to repost with better Subject line)

The error refers means that there is a Java applet that is being called
and it is failing. Have you updated Java on your machine? Changed
security settings on your browser? Updated your browser to IE7? If you
truly have changed nothing on your machine - including any Java updates
- then contact the webmaster for that site on Monday. The problem may
lie with them.

In the meantime, continue to focus your troubleshooting by trying with a
different browser such as Firefox.
