When I run Network setup wizard I get a message that says
Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were
in the middle of something, the information you were
working on might be lost. Then the wizard says it was
unable to complete the network setup wizard and that I
can configure manually. What am I doing wrong or how do I
setup manually? Thanks, Jack

Typically that means there is a problem with one of your printer drivers.
You might see if there are updated drivers available.
