HELP! Using "Find" in a report

Does anyone know how to "find" a record within a report (once you run it?)
 
Ain't possible in an Access report. I suppose you could push the report to
pdf and then search the text.
 
Is it possible for the report to ask the user to "enter a parameter" of what
they want to see in the report (i.e. show me everyone ages 30 - 40)? Thanks!
