1) Click the gray rectangle at intersection of row and
column headers. This will select all the cells in the
workbook.
2) Format...Row...Unhide menu item should unhide the
hidden rows
3) Format...Column...Unhide menu item should unhide the
hidden columns
If the preceding steps don't work, then your workbook
and/or worksheet may be protected. If there is no
password involved, the Tools...Protection menu item
should allow you to unprotect the workbook and worksheet.
You may then proceed with steps 1 through 3 above.
If there is a password protecting the worksheet, then
there are numerous aftermarket tools for cracking the
password. I don't know the rules on this site regarding
posting a link to such tools, but you'll find them easily
enough on Google.
