Please Help: Every time I "double click" on my IE icon to launch the browser, I get an error stating "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Within the same window, I am asked to send Microsoft an error report. The "Error Signature for the problem is:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: iefeatsl.dl
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 000143c

I dont know if this is enough info to diagnosis the problem but if somecan help, please do so. Thanks

I too have the same problem but with a different mod
name. I am having trouble deleting PerfectNavBHOLog.tmp
from the temp folder and IE tries to find NavPro.com
before i get the same message as you. I am now looking
for a solution.
