Help to set up Outlook 2007 using POP3 to access Windows Live/Hotm

Qwest is the ISP in my area and is allied with MSN to provide a Windows
Live/Hotmail email product to customers like me who would rather have an MSN
email address, rather than a Q (Qwest's brand) or Hotmail email address. I
recently bought a new PC that came with Vista pre-loaded. Though, I have
used OL 2000 for years and loved it. Because of the OL 2k compatitbiliy
issues, I have been using trial OL 2007 which configured itself using an http
service provider, as
follows: http://oe.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi. Because of the http, I cannot
use custom rules to send emails to sub-folders under the 5
identities/accounts I have set up. I could do this with OL 2000. Has anyone
had experience setting up OL '07 using POP3 to access MSN Windows Live emails
from Hotmail?

Thank you!

Use the following server details;
pop3.live.com
smtp.live.com

(yes, also for msn.com accounts)
