Norton 2004 and 2005 have both detected that have a trojan horse in
the c:\windows directory called Acrobat.dll.
I scan, I quarantine and I delete.

Problem is, next time I reboot, there it is again right where it was
before in the c:\windows directory.

Any sugestions or paths to go down would be greatly appreciated.

check msconfig and startup, any dodgey progs, try a spyware scan u know
spybot adaware

also if u r on XP right click my computer, properties and system restore,
disable it

the virri might be using it to restore itself

if it persists dont worry, just keep trying new methods, google abit and try
and find ur own solution
