Help text not displaying

When I select Help from the Start menu, the page displays
with icons and graphics, but no text. I can pass my mouse
over the options to see a pop-up describing the option,
but this really limits my ability to use the Help function.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If the above repair does not work:

Go to Start > Run and type in: helpctr -regserver

To reinstall Help and Support:
Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf.
Right-click and choose install. Have your XP CD available.

Note: The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start > Run and type in:
control folders. View: Show hidden files and folders and uncheck
"Hide extensions for known file types".
